How it works

  • The booking of the house for the requested period, shall be deemed effective upon receipt of the deposit.
  • The house is available after 14:00 on the day of arrival (except in special cases previously granted), clean, and the beds made *.
  • The balance of the cost of your stay must be paid upon delivery of the keys of the house.
  • On arrival the guest is obliged to submit a copy of a valid identity document for each occupant of the house.
  • To cope with damage deposit is required. This amount will be fully returned to the guest’s departure, if no damage.
  • The house must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure; is at guests’ disposal service to stop luggage in special rooms *.
  • The disposal of garbage produced during the stay and its collection is in care of the guests.
  • The change of sheets and cleaning the house, making weekly for stays longer than 7 nights *.
  • The towels are changed twice a week for stays longer than 7 nights *.
  • We do not provide any type of consumable, such as paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, detergents and other cleaning products, with the exception of broom, trash collector, cloth and brush (also see the services page).
  • The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve meals, food excluded (see also the services page).
  • Arrivals and departures before 9:00 am and after 19:00 need to be agreed upon and may be subject to additional fees *.
  • The air conditioning is only available in the summer months with an outdoor temperature above 25 °C, and only during the hours of employment of the house (also see our services page).
  • Heating is available only in the winter months in accordance with the directives of the city of Rome and at the times established by the condominium.
  • Pets will be allowed only with the express authorization of the owner
