THE HOUSES ARE LOCATED IN VIA BALDO DEGLI UBALDI 210 IN ROME.
The street is located in the Aurelio’s district in Rome: it is the area northwest of the Eternal City, just 2.5 km from St. Peter’s Square, 5 km from the GRA, at 20 minutes from Fiumicino Airport and 20 minutes from Termini Station.
The main advantage of the area, however, is the subway. The houses are in fact just 250 meters from the Baldo degli Ubaldi station, which allows you in a few minutes to reach the city center.
The district, despite its residential nature, is served by numerous services, such as supermarkets, cinemas, hospitals, pharmacies, churches, restaurants, pizzerias and bars that allow people living in houses, to spend quiet and economic evenings, sipping a crisp Roman pizza or a fish dinner at a fixed price and an homemade ice cream.
The apartments are housed in an elegant and residential building, built in the late ’60s, with quality materials and plenty of space.
The houses were completely refurbished in 2014, with the aim to make our guests’ stay as comfortable as possible.
